The house underwent a complete make-over to open up the floor plan for entertaining large gatherings. The exterior skin and windows were replaced to improve energy usage. Multiple large shed dormers were introduced to bring views and sunlight deep into the interiors. The great room was opened up to the roof using reclaimed white oak timber trusses to carry the existing rafters. The rear of the house was opened to a renovated patio and a pool with the addition of a sixteen foot wide by twelve foot high sliding door.
